Functions and Responsibilities

1. Market Research and Analysis

a. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs and competitive landscape

b. Analyzing data to identify opportunities and potential markets

2. Market Research and Analysis

a. Developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans to promote our products and services

b. Set marketing goals and KPI’s aligned with our business objectives

3. Brand Management

a. Managing the company’s brand image

b. Keep the MULTICO logo and develop taglines and design templates

4. Product Promotion

a. Create and execute promotional campaigns to generate interest

b. Develop marketing collateral such as corporate brochures, flyers and product catalogues

5. Digital Marketing

a. Manage online marketing efforts (SEO, SEM) with SEO Hacker including website, social media platforms, email blasting

6. Content Creation

a. Produce content like blog posts, articles, videos and job stories showcasing our products and services

7. Sales Support

a. Provide marketing support to the sales team with lead generation, sales materials and customer presentation

b. Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions and other industry events to promote our equipment

8. Customer Relationship Management

a. Manage customer database

b. Set programs and customers

9. Analytics and Reporting

a. Monitor and analyze performance of SEO Hacker and marketing campaigns using metrics and analytics tools

b. Reports on marketing activities, effectiveness and ROI to GM

10. Collaboraton and Coordination

a. Work closely with department managers, sales and service to ensure cohesive strategies and customer satisfaction

b. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies and partners for marketing projects and campaigns

Job Qualifications

• College Graduate preferably in the Marketing field with experience in the conduct of market research and develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
• No work experience required, however, knows how to manage the company’s brand image and manage customer database.
• Preferably knows how to handle digital marketing and knowledgeable in content creation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills and can collaborate and coordinate with department managers, sales and service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and/or clients at all levels.
