Market Research and Analysis

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs and competitive landscape
• Analyzing data to identify opportunities and potential markets

Market Research and Analysis

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans to promote our products and services
• Set marketing goals and KPI’s aligned with our business objectives

Brand Management

• Managing the company’s brand image
• Keep the company logo and develop taglines and design templates

Product Promotion

• Create and execute promotional campaigns to generate interest
• Develop marketing collateral such as corporate brochures, flyers and product catalogues

Digital Marketing

• Manage online marketing efforts (SEO, SEM) with SEO Hacker including website, social media platforms, email blasting

Content Creation

• Produce content like blog posts, articles, videos and job stories showcasing our products and services

Sales Support

• Provide marketing support to the sales team with lead generation, sales materials and customer presentation
• Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions and other industry events to promote our equipment

Customer Relationship Management

• Manage customer database
• Set programs and customers

Analytics and Reporting

• Monitor and analyze performance of SEO Hacker and marketing campaigns using metrics and analytics tools
• Reports on marketing activities, effectiveness and ROI to GM

Collaboration and Coordination

• Work closely with department managers, sales and service to ensure cohesive strategies and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies and partners for marketing projects and campaigns

Required Education, Technical Capability and Other Career Qualification

• College Graduate preferably in the Marketing field with experience in the conduct of market research and develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
• No work experience required, however, knows how to manage the company’s brand image and manage customer database.
• Preferably knows how to handle digital marketing and knowledgeable in content creation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills and can collaborate and coordinate with department managers, sales and service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and/or clients at all levels.
