• Contributes to the annual brand planning process; sets brand planning calendar and coordinates cross- functional activities and planning processes, manages timelines and ensures timely completion of all deliverable
• Analyzes brand positioning and consumer insights. Translates brand elements of the store into plans and go-to-market strategies using a variety of media.
• Works across all levels and departments of the company. Gathers information from them about what makes the store unique and communicates it to the consumers to raise brand awareness
• Ensures that all products, services and collateral maintain a consistent tone that is relevant to the business' brand and the consumers, solidifying the brand identity
• Measures the brand performance by utilizing brand evaluation tools and techniques
• Monitors market trends, researches consumer markets and competitors' activities to effectively align branding initiatives

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or any related field
• Must have at least 3 year experience as Marketing/Advertising
• Familiar with technology (Photoshop and others)
• With initiative and ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytical skills and keen to details
• Strong understanding of Branding Concept
• With Budget management skill
• Excellent in presentation and social skills
• With leadership and management potential
• Integrity is a must
