Job Summary

The Brand Marketing Associate plays a key role in bringing our brand stories to life—from planning campaigns to supporting influencer collaborations and ensuring everything we put out is on-brand and impactful. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both creative collaboration and data-driven marketing execution.

You’ll work closely with the Creative Director, creatives, influencers, and production teams to make sure marketing initiatives are not just visually strong—but also aligned with strategy and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Help maintain and enforce brand standards across all marketing outputs
• Support influencer and talent partnerships by coordinating briefs, timelines, and deliverables
• Assist in campaign planning and execution alongside creative and production teams
• Conduct market, trend, and audience research to support marketing decisions
• Track campaign performance, influencer results, and sales impact
• Act as a coordination point to ensure alignment between marketing, creatives, and influencers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or influencer-related roles
• Strong understanding of brand consistency and storytelling
• Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into recommendations
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Able to manage multiple campaigns or brands at the same time
