• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media platforms and email.
• Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Create, schedule, and post Instagram Stories aligned with brand campaigns and promotions.
• Prepare and send issuance or PR packages for brand collaborations.
• Maintain and update issuance and seeding trackers to ensure accurate monitoring and reporting.
• Design and edit marketing materials using Canva and basic Photoshop for double-digit sales, campaigns, events, and brand promotions.
• Handle e-commerce concerns, including filing claims, managing disputes, and processing returns and refunds.
• Attend brand events to capture pictures and shoot videos for Instagram Stories
• Shoot photo and video content for marketing, advertising, and social media use.
• Organize, coordinate, and assist in brand events and promotional activities.
• Handle and address reported concerns to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Work tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or any related field.
• Know how to use Adobe Photoshop and/or other editing software.
• Have good communication skills.
• Background in Photography and updated on tiktok trend is a plus.
• Willing to work in South Caloocan.
