1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

2. At least 1 year related working experience in Marketing, experience in handling multi-brand is a plus.

3. Proven experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in the retail industry.

4. Strong understanding of retail market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.

5. Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and marketing analytics tools.

6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
