Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Officer with 10 years of expertise in retail marketing to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our retail stores. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry knowledge and creativity to boost brand visibility, drive foot traffic, and increase customer loyalty. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Campaign Management: Design, implement, and oversee effective marketing campaigns, both in-store and digital, to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor analysis, and new market opportunities to guide strategic decisions.
  • Brand Development: Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels. Develop compelling, on-brand messaging for product launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
  • Customer Engagement: Enhance customer retention and loyalty through personalized marketing efforts, loyalty programs, and customer feedback initiatives.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising, to drive online and offline traffic.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI, tracking and reporting on spend and performance.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute promotional events and partnerships to increase store visibility and engagement with local communities.
  • Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with product, sales, and merchandising teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives that support store objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, leveraging data to refine strategies and improve results.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns that drove measurable growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of local and regional retail markets.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM software.
