Job Summary

The Group Marketing Manager leads and executes integrated marketing strategies across the GOMECO Group's portfolio of B2B, architectural, and consumer brands. The role is responsible for driving brand growth, generating qualified sales leads, expanding retail and e-commerce sales, managing product marketing initiatives, and strengthening market presence across all business units.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and implement marketing strategies across the group's B2B, architectural, and consumer brands.
• Lead brand-building, lead generation, and customer acquisition initiatives to support business growth.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media, SEO, content marketing, and e-commerce activities.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, product catalogs, sales collateral, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, showroom promotions, and corporate events.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and business unit leaders to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.
• Prepare and present marketing reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
