Job Summary

The Marketing Manager leads the planning and execution of marketing strategies across all branches. This role ensures strong brand presence, drives customer engagement, and supports business growth through effective campaigns, promotions, and partnerships. The position also manages the Marketing Team and ensures consistency across digital, traditional, and in-store marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and seasonal marketing plans
• Oversee campaigns, store openings, promotions, and events
• Manage and lead the Marketing Team, ensuring timely delivery of tasks
• Supervise social media, digital campaigns, and brand consistency
• Oversee production and deployment of marketing materials across branches
• Support new store openings and expansion initiatives
• Manage partnerships with financing and digital payment providers
• Handle membership and loyalty program activities
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and campaign performance
• Prepare reports and ensure proper documentation of marketing activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or retail marketing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledgeable in digital marketing and social media platforms
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
• Strong analytical and project management abilities
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience handling multiple campaigns and stakeholders
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and travel when needed
