Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support the company's sales and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals and growth objectives.
• Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion across digital, social media, events, email, print, and other marketing channels.
• Lead initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Create, oversee, and optimize engaging marketing content for websites, social media platforms, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Analyze campaign performance using website analytics and marketing tools, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Merchandising, and other departments to develop marketing initiatives that support product launches and business growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, media, and suppliers to support marketing activities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and customer touchpoints.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team by providing direction, coaching, and performance management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
• At least 3–5 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing initiatives.
