About the Role


The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement across C&E Bookshop stores, online retail platforms, digital solutions e-commerce, and B2B digital channels - including the C&E ALS B2B customer portal.


This role ensures a seamless omnichannel experience across B2C and B2B touchpoints, with a strong focus on building, activating, and optimizing the B2B digital ecosystem - enabling institutions to easily discover, evaluate, and procure C&E ALS solutions.
