• Develop strategies based on market characteristic and organizational goals.
• Identify potential new market and create marketing plans.
• Leads the teams in all marketing campaigns and projects.
• In charge of the forecasting of cost and potential sales of a marketing campaign.
• Evaluates the financial aspect of products and services including budgets, expenditures, return of investment and profit-loss projection
• Manage campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring optimal performance and results.
• Motivate the team to achieved company goals

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
• Proficient in data analysis, market research, and report preparation.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written .
• Knowledgeable in marketing-related business practices including advertising, market research, technology, budgeting and newest tools available in the market
• Time management and organization skills for planning, executing marketing campaign and projects
• Analytic and problem solving skills to cope up with the demand of the fast changing trends in the market
• Demonstrated working knowledge of AI tools applied to research, analysis, reports and action planning. (Chatgpt, Gemini, Claude, etc.)

• Monday to Saturday  8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
