  • Creating comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives;
  • Leading a team of marketing professionals, overseeing their work, and ensuring all activities align with the marketing plan;
  • Managing the planning, implementation, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels;
  • Ensuring brand consistency and maintaining a positive brand image in all communications;
  • Handling budgeting, resource allocation, and managing vendor relationships for marketing initiatives;
  • Working closely with various departments like sales, food and beverage, and operations to align strategies;
  • Overseeing PR activities, media relations, and managing external communication strategies;
  • Supervising digital marketing efforts including social media, email marketing, content creation, and website management;
  • Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns through KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance; and
  • Communicating and negotiating with promotional partners as needed for joint       marketing activities.
