The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising marketing activities to support the company’s branding and business objectives. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, overseeing social media presence, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day marketing activities
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
• Manage social media postings and monitor engagement and analytics
• Prepare marketing reports and evaluate campaign effectiveness
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging in all marketing materials
• Coordinate with sales and other departments to support promotional activities
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Marketing or any Business-related course
• At least 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience
• Knowledgeable in social media management, postings, and analytics
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willing to work on-site, Monday to Friday
