Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Marketing staff
• Develop and execute the comprehensive e-commerce marketing roadmap to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. 
• Manage and optimize paid channels, including Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, ), TikTok, and affiliate marketing networks.
• Oversee email and SMS marketing programs to build automated customer journeys, reduce cart abandonment.
• Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels to implement A/B testing, improve site navigation, and maximize conversion rates.
• Guide organic growth strategies through search engine optimization, content creation, and product detail page (PDP) optimizations.
• Collaborate with inventory, merchandising, and product teams to plan promotional calendars, product launches, and seasonal sales.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5+ years of digital marketing experience specifically within an e-commerce environment.
• Graduate of a four (4)-year course Business Administration Major in Marketing or equivalent
• Driven, Passionate, Customer-Focused and Goal/Result-Oriented;
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
• Proficiency in content creation formats (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite & design templates in Canva or Google docs/suite, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
