Duties & Responsibilities:

Planning & Digital Marketing

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including social media, search, email, and display advertising.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies using data driven insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client behavior to identify growth opportunities.

Advertising & Promotion

• Plan, execute, and evaluate advertising and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, media partners, and promotion agencies to ensure high quality and timely campaign delivery.
• Oversee content development for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support promotional events to maximize reach and impact.
• Track marketing spends and ensure campaigns are delivered within approved budgets.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administrative, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in fintech marketing is required.
• Strong background in digital marketing, including campaign management and performance analytics.
• Established professional relationship with promotion agencies in the Philippines is highly preferred.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
