Key Responsibilities

1. Identify target markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities
2. Align marketing strategy with company revenue goals
3. Develop and execute annual and quarterly traditional and digital marketing plans
4. Ensure brand identity consistency and oversee brand guideline implementation
5. Oversee and Optimize Social Media pages
6. Initiate lead generation strategies
7. Create and Initiate campaign launches and partnerships
8. Develop and execute annual and quarterly traditional and digital marketing plans
9. Track and Report Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Qualification

A.  5+ years marketing experience preferrable in Health, Beauty and/or Service Industry

B.  Experience in digital, traditional marketing and brand management  

C.  Experience handling multiple brands or business units is a strong advantage           

D. Data driven decision making

E. Strong communication skills

F. Strong business acumen
