Marketing Manager

• 5–7 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medical, hospital, clinic, financial and non-life insurance industries.
• At least 3-5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience in healthcare marketing, digital marketing, corporate partnerships, community marketing, and events is an advantage.

Duties and Tasks

Create marketing campaigns that support sales, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth.

Develop promotional strategies for insurance products, financial services, medical services, healthcare programs, and other company offerings.

Manage the Group’s digital marketing activities, social media platforms, website content, and online campaigns.

Develop marketing materials, presentations, advertisements, brochures, and other promotional resources.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Clinics, Insurance, Finance, and other departments to align marketing activities with business objectives.

Identify and develop partnerships with corporations, organizations, institutions, healthcare providers, agents, brokers, and other potential business partners.

Plan and coordinate corporate events, seminars, health activities, product presentations, trade fairs, and other promotional events.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry developments across the three business sectors.

Develop strategies to increase leads, customer engagement, client retention, and utilization of the Group’s products and services.

Monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns based on leads, engagement, customer response, and business results.

Manage marketing budgets, suppliers, agencies, and other external marketing partners.

Ensure consistent branding and proper representation of the Group across all business units and marketing channels.

Prepare marketing reports, campaign performance reports, market analysis, and recommendations for management.
