Position: Marketing Manager

Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 60,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• With at least 3 years of experience as Marketing Manager.
• Experience working in a distributor company is an advantage.
• Experience in Google Analytics, CRM (Salesforce), digital advertising, leadership, and project management  is an advantage.
• Amenable to work as soon as possible.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop multi-channel marketing plans (digital, print, events) that align with overall business objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end creation, deployment, and optimization of marketing campaigns.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze ROI, and employ analytics tools to refine targeting and customer journeys.
• Allocate and negotiate marketing budgets across various channels, tools, and platforms.
• Analyze consumer behavior and competitor trends to identify new markets and improve product positioning
