Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing brand strategies and campaigns

- Coordinate with creative, sales, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

- Oversee marketing calendars, product launches, and promotional events

- Collaborate with influencers, media, and marketplace platforms to increase brand visibility

- Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights to drive data-based decisions

- Stay updated on beauty trends, competitor activities, and market behavior

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

- 2–3 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles (beauty or FMCG is a plus)

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Creative mindset with excellent communication and leadership ability

- Experience in digital marketing or event coordination

- Willing to work onsite (Bagbaguin, Caloocan City)
