Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity within the food processing and FMCG sectors
• Identify new market opportunities, product extensions, and customer segments

Product & Brand Management

• Manage product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for food processing products
• Lead product launches, including pricing, packaging, promotional planning, and sales enablement
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels

Demand Generation & Sales Support

• Plan and execute campaigns to support lead generation and customer acquisition
• Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing tools (brochures, presentations, case studies, spec sheets)
• Support distributor and channel marketing initiatives

Digital & Communications

• Oversee digital marketing activities including website content, SEO, email marketing, and social media
• Manage content creation such as product literature, whitepapers, trade ads, and technical documentation
• Coordinate PR activities, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with R&D and quality teams to ensure accurate product claims and regulatory compliance
• Work with operations and supply chain to align promotions with production capacity
• Liaise with external agencies, designers, and vendors

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Food Technology, or a related field
• 5–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in food processing, FMCG, or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of B2B and/or B2C food markets
• Experience with product marketing, brand management, and go-to-market strategies
