Job Description

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join us onsite and take ownership of the digital performance and guest conversion for our vacation property.

This is a high-impact role for a student who excels at data analysis, persuasive writing, and strategic communication. You won’t just be assisting; you’ll be managing the "engine" of a high-performing short-term rental.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Strategy: Audit market trends and use dynamic pricing data to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • High-Level Writing: Craft SEO-optimized, high-converting listing titles and descriptions that turn browsers into guests.
  • Market Research: Conduct deep-dives into competitor amenities and pricing to keep our property at the top of the rankings.
  • Inquiry Management: Act as the "voice" of the property—converting inquiries into bookings with professional, high-speed hospitality.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Education: Must be currently enrolled in BS Marketing or a related field.
  • Commitment: Willing to render a total of 300 hours.
  • Availability: Must be able to work Full-Time Onsite and start ASAP.
  • Skills: Strong analytical mindset (Excel/Google Sheets) and exceptional English writing skills.

Compensation:

  • A completion allowance will be provided upon the successful conclusion of the 300-hour internship.
