Qualifications:

• Currently a student of Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong interest in marketing, retail promotions, and events management
• Flexible schedule and willingness to be on-site at NOVA Plaza Mall for events and activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the marketing team in developing and executing strategies to increase mall foot traffic and customer engagement
• Support the planning and promotion of mall-wide campaigns, sales, and seasonal activities
• Help create, draft, and schedule content for the mall’s official Facebook page and other social media platforms
• Monitor social media engagement (comments, messages, shares) and coordinate responses when needed
• Contribute creative ideas for digital campaigns, promotions, and in-mall activations
• Assist in organizing and executing mall events, including coordination with tenants, suppliers, and performers
• Help document events through photos and videos for marketing use
• Conduct basic market research on trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Support the preparation of marketing materials such as posters, captions, and announcements
• Perform administrative tasks related to marketing operations as assigned
