The SCM Intern supports the Supply Chain Management team in the day-to-day processing, coordination, and documentation of procurement and order-fulfillment activities. Working under the guidance of the SCM Team Lead, the intern gains hands-on exposure to a technology-solutions supply chain — including sourcing, sales quotations and orders, license booking, vendor coordination, and renewals — while learning to work within a structured, compliance-driven business environment.

•   Assist in processing SCM requests such as quotations, purchase quotations, purchase orders submitted through the ensuring correct naming conventions and complete information.

•    Support the preparation, filing, and tracking of Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs), including proper documentation and approvals.

•    Help coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/partners to facilitate timely order processing.

•    Support invoice endorsement and monitoring, including checking supplier submissions against deadlines and processing cycles.

•    Help maintain and update trackers, spreadsheets, and status reports.

•    Perform general administrative and coordination tasks in support of the SCM/Shared Services team.
