This is a hands-on, high-impact program where interns act as junior marketers, not just observers. You won't just chase "likes"—you’ll learn to drive real foot traffic and sales for multi-branch restaurant brands.

What You Will Learn

  • Restaurant 101: How marketing works in the food industry (focusing on repeat guests and local foot traffic).
  • Actionable Content: Shooting and writing for Reels, TikTok, and Stories that make people hungry now.
  • "Four-Walls" Marketing: Using posters, menus, and server spiels to upsell inside the restaurant.
  • Campaign Planning: Helping launch events like Oktoberfest, Valentine’s Day, and new branch openings.
  • Result Tracking: Using sales data and guest feedback to see if your marketing actually worked.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create and post social media content.
  • Visit stores to audit marketing materials.
  • Assist in events, launches, and influencer activities.
  • Write captions and research trends.

The Value to You

  • Real Experience: You’ll market famous brands (Brotzeit & Menya Kokoro).
  • Resume Builders: Strategy, content creation, and sales analysis skills.
  • Perks: Free staff meals, certificate of completion, and a recommendation letter for top performers.

Program Details

  • Duration: 200–300 hours (flexible 3–5 days per week).
  • Location: A mix of office work, store visits, and events.
  • Future Perks: Priority for part-time or junior roles in future expansions.
