Marketing Intern (OJT) 

Job Description 

About the Internship: 

● Open to both voluntary and involuntary interns. 

● Must be willing to report onsite at Legaspi Village, Makati City. 

● Allowance and a Certificate of Completion will be provided. 

● Will receive hands-on training and exposure in events, marketing planning, social media, content creation, and digital marketing. 

Marketing Intern Requirements and Qualifications 

● Support marketing events, campaign planning, and execution. 

● Provide major support for events, product launches, activations, and marketing campaigns. 

● Produce social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing materials.

● Assist in event planning and the creation of written, video, and visual content for marketing channels. 

● Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions, social media management, and content creation. 

● Assist with website SEO, online review monitoring, and article creation.

● Assist in monitoring and managing the company’s social media platforms.

● Measure, summarize, and report the results of marketing initiatives. 

● Develop tools and methods for collecting customer data, such as surveys, opinion polls, and questionnaires. 

● Collect and analyze data to identify consumer preferences, behaviors, and market trends. 

● Research consumer opinions, competitor activities, and marketing strategies, and recommend adjustments when appropriate. 

● Prepare marketing proposals, presentations, and reports based on company needs.

● Monitor and measure consumer satisfaction with products and services.

● Take part in formal and informal training opportunities to develop marketing skills and knowledge.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday (9am-6pm)

P300/ day allowance
