Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Support in drafting press releases and email marketing campaigns.


Social Media Management:

  • Schedule and publish posts across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages.
  • Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.


Market Research:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
  • Gather and analyze data to understand market needs and preferences.
  • Assist in identifying potential marketing opportunities.


Campaign Support:

  • Help in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics.


Customer Engagement:

  • Assist in managing customer relationships and communications.
  • Support in organizing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Help in gathering customer feedback and testimonials.


Collaborative Projects:

  • Work with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Support cross-functional teams with various marketing tasks.


Administrative Tasks:

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining marketing files and databases.
  • Help in preparing reports and presentations for internal meetings.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirement

  • Education: Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative marketing ideas.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and basic graphic design tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
