We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate with experience in e-commerce to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, highly organized, and has a pleasing personality with excellent communication skills. You will assist in developing marketing campaigns, managing online store activities, and helping strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for e-commerce platforms
• Manage and update product listings on online marketplaces and company website
• Monitor online sales performance and customer engagement
• Coordinate promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
• Handle social media content creation and scheduling
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and online messages
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to improve customer experience
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare marketing reports and performance summaries

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
• Familiarity with online selling platforms, social media marketing, and basic analytics tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online marketing tools
• With pleasing personality and professional appearance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Facebook Ads, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or Shopify
• Basic graphic design or content creation skills
• Knowledge of SEO and email marketing is an advantage
