We are seeking a highly experienced Creative Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to lead creative

strategy, brand storytelling, and content development across all marketing channels. The ideal

candidate is a Filipino citizen fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) with

strong experience in creative direction, campaign development, and performance-driven

marketing, preferably within the iGaming / sportsbook industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall creative direction for marketing campaigns across digital and offline

channels

• Develop innovative concepts, storytelling, and visual direction aligned with brand

strategy

• Oversee production of creative assets including ad creatives, videos, banners, and

promotional materials

• Collaborate with marketing, performance, and brand teams to ensure creative consistency

and effectiveness

• Translate marketing objectives into high-impact creative executions

• Review and approve all creative outputs to ensure quality, brand alignment, and

performance goals

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize creatives based on data insights

• Manage and guide designers, copywriters, and external creative vendors

• Stay updated with creative trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices

• Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and regional teams

Qualifications

• Filipino citizen

• Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) and English

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field

• 5–10 years of experience in creative direction, advertising, or marketing

• Strong portfolio in digital campaigns, branding, and performance creatives

• Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

• Strong understanding of digital marketing performance metrics

• Experience in iGaming, sportsbook, or sports betting industry is highly preferred

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
