Job Summary

The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company’s marketing strategies to promote products and services, increase brand awareness, and support sales growth. This role supervises the marketing team, coordinates campaigns, and ensures all marketing activities align with company goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Management to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and materials.
• Organize and oversee events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Maintain good relationships with external partners, suppliers, and media agencies.
