Key Responsibilities

Supermarket & Retail Coordination

• Coordinate with supermarket partners regarding promotions, product displays, freezer

placements, and store requirements.

• Build good relationships with supermarket buyers, store managers, and retail partners.

• Conduct regular store visits to monitor product availability and brand visibility.

Merchandising Supervision

• Guide and monitor merchandisers to ensure proper product facing, freezer arrangement, and

clean product displays.

• Ensure promotional materials and in-store displays are properly implemented.

• Help improve overall supermarket presentation of Auntie Arnie's Inc. products.

Marketing & Promotional Activities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities to increase brand awareness and sales.

• Identify and coordinate participation in bazaars, food fairs, supermarket activations, and

promotional events.

• Help organize in-store product sampling and promotional campaigns.

Social Media & Brand Support

• Coordinate with the internal team regarding social media promotions, announcements, and

marketing materials.

• Monitor customer feedback and online engagement.

• Support both online and offline marketing activities.

Internal Coordination & Inventory Monitoring

• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and sales teams to ensure enough inventory for

promotions and supermarket requirements.

• Help monitor stock availability for events and retail accounts.

• Prepare simple reports on store visits, merchandising updates, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

• With 3-5 years experience as marketing.

• Experience in retail, food industry, FMCG, merchandising, or marketing is an advantage.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Willing to do fieldwork and visit supermarkets and events.

• Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.

• Can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
