• Sets marketing objectives based on prior results and market expectations
• Conducts market research and analysis, as well as other pertinent data, to develop marketing plans
• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote primarily on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok and other online platforms
• Develop all sales teams' and media outlets' marketing strategy
• Approves and supervises the creation of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related initiatives
• Engage with clients on all platforms, answering client’s queries and needs
• Works with a variety of media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other service providers to bring marketing projects to life
• Provides detailed information to prospective clients and represents the marketing department at key buyer meetings
• Develops cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service within the department budget
• Keeps track of all marketing and sales statistics and prepares detailed written and verbal reports for senior executives
• Responds to collected data and other feedback by adjusting marketing campaigns and plans as appropriate

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or any related field.
• With at least 5 years of experience or more.
• with experience in Real Estate Marketing Department is a plus.
• Experience with search engine marketing interfaces for deploying and managing paid search campaigns.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to command a presence when needed
• Ability to handle multiple high priority projects and to change direction in managing online campaigns
• A strong understanding of online marketing and statistical analysis
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting
