Job Summary:

Marketing staff are responsible for promoting a company’s products or services to increase sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement. They help plan and implement marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and support communication with customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
• Promote products and services through online and offline channels
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, and advertisements
• Manage and update company social media accounts and websites
• Coordinate events, product launches, and promotional activities
• Communicate with customers, clients, and business partners
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance
• Prepare marketing reports and presentations
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Creativity and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, marketing tools, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
