As we expand our corporate footprint, we are looking for a high-caliber marketer to champion our enterprise business services and support the growth of various new service ventures under the Busy Bee umbrella.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and hands-on Marketing Officer to drive our brand’s growth. In this role, you will be the primary bridge connecting Busy Bee, our enterprise (B2B) clients as well as our residential (B2C) customers, with our creative team.

Directly reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will take full ownership of specialized B2B marketing projects and new venture rollouts. If you love traveling to meet corporate clients, conceptualizing impactful service campaigns, and turning ideas into visual reality, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Special Projects & CMO Support

• Execute strategic marketing and brand development projects directly assigned by the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
• Spearhead the launch, positioning, and market penetration of new service ventures and auxiliary brands under Busy Bee.
• Conduct market research on property management trends, corporate facility needs, and competitor movements to support the CMO in identifying new growth channels.

2. Creative & Digital Project Management

• Develop comprehensive creative briefs and coordinate directly with our outsourced graphic artists, copywriters, and web designers.
• Act as the primary project manager ensuring all outsourced assets (e.g., B2B sales kits, corporate presentation decks, social media graphics, email templates, landing pages) are aligned with Busy Bee’s brand guidelines and delivered on schedule.
• Review, QA, and provide constructive feedback on design mockups and promotional materials to ensure professional, high-quality deliverables.

3. Marketing Campaign & Activation Execution

• Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital (Facebook, LinkedIn, Email, Website) and traditional corporate platforms (brochures, physical activations).
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and lead generation metrics, offering data-driven insights to the CMO for continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, B2B Marketing, Account Management, or Project Management. Experience in the service industry, hospitality, real estate, property management, or facility operations is a major plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communication Arts, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple enterprise campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable pitching services to corporate executives, facility managers, and business owners.
• A sharp eye for visual aesthetics, layout design, and professional B2B branding.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is preferred.
