Job Responsibilities

1. Provides assistance to the Brand Manager in the creation and development of new marketing strategies and campaigns bases on market analysis and consumer insight.

2. Contributes to the preparation and execution of the New Product Introduction launch plan/campaign

3. Conceptualizes and implements marketing activities in line with the marketing campaigns/business goals ensure proper execution of these activities

4. Gathers information on consumer satisfaction, competitor actions, sales/channel performance, impact of promotional programs, and other marketing mix elements and assist in the analysis of these performance factors.

5. Performs related functions as needed

Work Experience and Skills Requirements

1. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

2. Must work well independently or as member of a team

3. Proficient in MS applications ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

4. Knowledgeable in Adobe applications ( Illustrator & Photoshop)

Education Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any allied courses

2. Must have at least 1-year related experience in the same capacity
