The Non-voice Marketing Representative will be responsible for supporting the company’s online marketing initiatives by promoting services through digital platforms, increasing brand visibility, and building connections with potential clients. The role involves managing online engagement, creating marketing content, and assisting in customer interaction across various social media channels.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities that support business growth and client acquisition

• Create and manage online campaigns across social media and other digital platforms

• Communicate and interact with prospective clients through chat, comments, and online messaging platforms

• Monitor social media activity and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Help maintain customer engagement by sharing updates, promotions, and relevant marketing content

• Stay informed on current digital marketing trends and recommend ideas to improve online presence

Job Qualifications:

• Open to Fresh Graduates and Senior High School Graduates with strong computer navigation skills

• Background or knowledge in social media management or digital marketing is an advantage

• Good written communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing tools and trends

• Professional, proactive, and confident in handling online customer interactions

Work Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Salary Range: Php 16,000 – Php 17,000

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
