3.     Ensure website content is accurate, updated, and aligned with company branding, objectives, and industry standards.

4.     Create, publish, and monitor website announcements, job postings, company news, and marketing materials.

5.     Gather information from internal departments and management to ensure timely website updates and digital communications.

6.     Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to enhance visibility, user engagement, and lead generation.

7.     Support branding, digital marketing, social media, and promotional activities of the company.

Marketing, Research, and Promotions

1.     Prepare marketing presentations, proposals, company profiles, and promotional materials.

2.     Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.

3.     Attend maritime exhibitions, conferences, meetings, and networking events to promote company services and expand business opportunities.

4.     Coordinate with crewing, recruitment, training, and operations departments to ensure client requirements are effectively met.

5.     Prepare and submit regular sales, marketing, and business development reports to management.
