Marketing Executive / Associate

Job Summary

J.E.S. AIRCON & REFRIGERATION SERVICES is looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Executive / Associate to support our marketing and business development efforts for air conditioning and refrigeration services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, client engagement, digital marketing, and helping grow brand awareness through both online and offline marketing activities.

As a Marketing Executive / Associate, you will play a key role in promoting the company’s services, coordinating marketing campaigns, assisting in lead generation, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners while supporting the company’s overall growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for air conditioning and refrigeration services
• Manage and update social media pages, online postings, and promotional content
• Coordinate with the sales and technical team to promote services and special offers effectively
• Help generate leads through online inquiries, client engagement, and marketing activities
• Prepare marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, quotations support, and promotional content
• Conduct follow-ups with potential clients and maintain strong customer relationships
• Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities
• Support events, site visits, and promotional activities when needed
• Maintain organized records of marketing activities, inquiries, and client communications
• Ensure professional and customer-focused communication across all platforms

Qualifications and Requirements

• College graduate (Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related course preferred)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in ma marketing, customer service, sales support, or social media management is an advantage but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media tools is a plus
• Basic skills in Canva, Microsoft Office, or content creation tools are an advantage
• Able to work independently and follow instructions reliably
• Willing to learn and contribute to company growth initiatives
