I. Job Summary

• Assists the Channel Manager in achieving volume and peso targets for the year
• Ensures accuracy and timeliness of transactions
• Compliance on Bank’s policy and standards

II. Duties and Responsibilities

• Sales Production
• Assists the Channel Manager in the maintenance and growth of existing company partners
• Assists the BBG in tapping prospect clients/company partners for sales channel expansion and growth
• Entertains product and process-related inquiries from the sales channel. Elevates complaints and complex requests to his/her immediate superior if unresolved.
• Prepares, monitors and distributes production reports of the sales channel and initiates follow up calls when the Channel Manager is short of goal.
• Assists Channel Manager in handling conversion of approved accounts to booking
• Sales Management and Operations
• Pre-screens, encode and endorse all loan applications received. Coordinates with branch/company partners or the loan applicant re lacking mandatory documents.
• Ensures that loan applications are properly encoded in the system.
