About the role

The E‑commerce Leader will be responsible for driving the company's digital commerce growth and building a strong online brand presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands‑on experience in managing online platforms, leading teams, and executing performance marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement strategies to grow GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and strengthen brand presence across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
• Lead initiatives to enhance visibility, customer engagement, and loyalty through integrated marketing campaigns
• Oversee paid advertising, promotions, and analytics to maximize ROI and conversion rates
• Manage online store operations, product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory coordination
• Coach and mentor e‑commerce staff, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
• Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and emerging trends to expand reach and revenue streams
• Utilize analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and inform business strategies

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in e‑commerce management, digital marketing, and online sales growth
• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces, consumer behavior, and digital tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Experience in managing cross‑functional teams and external partners
