ROLE: SEA Marketing Operations Executive

FUNCTION: Customer Marketing

LOCATION: Taguig, BGC

• Raise and manage Purchase Orders across SEA Markets
• Ensure timely PO Creation, amendments, & closure
• Coordinate invoice processing & payment follow-ups with Finance Teams
• Monitor purchase order status & resolve administrative bottlenecks
• Support month-end & quarter-end reconciliation processes
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls & approval processes

4. Governance & Process Excellence
5. Regional Reporting & Cross-functional Coordination

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, finance operations, commercial operations, business support, or project coordination roles
• Experience working in multinational organizations is preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders across different markets
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or a related discipline

• Advanced Excel & reporting skills
• Strong budget tracking & reconciliation experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across several markets
