Responsibilities

- Identify, research, and shortlist suitable KOLs, influencers, and content creators aligned with our brand

- Reach out, negotiate terms, and close partnership deals (paid, barter, or commission-based)

- Manage end-to-end collaboration: send product kits, track content output, and ensure on-time delivery

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners for long-term collaboration

- Develop new business opportunities with beauty communities, online shops, and industry partners

- Monitor campaign performance: views, engagement, conversion, and prepare monthly reports

- Stay updated on beauty trends, competitor activities, and new influencers in the PH market

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

- At least 1 year experience in KOL management, business development, influencer marketing, or sales – FMCG/beauty/e-commerce experience is a strong plus

- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Shopee/Lazada content ecosystems

- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once

- Passion for cosmetics, skincare, and personal care trends

- Can start immediately
