About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing & Brand Development Intern to help strengthen OneLot’s brand presence across digital and offline channels. You’ll support marketing campaigns, create engaging content, conduct market research, and develop brand materials that help drive awareness and support our growth initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, curious, and eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, branding, content creation, and social media strategy within a fast-growing startup environment.

What You Will Do:

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create written, visual, and multimedia content for social media and marketing initiatives.
• Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publishing.
• Design marketing and branding materials such as banners, flyers, presentations, and promotional assets.
• Support the sales team by creating customer-facing materials and communications.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging across social media, website content, FAQs, and marketing collateral.
• Monitor content performance and contribute ideas for improving engagement and brand visibility.

What We Will Need:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Available to work onsite at least 3 days per week.
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, content creation, and social media management.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms.
• Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
