DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals

• Manage digital marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and online advertising

• Create and oversee promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and brand initiatives

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and guest relations teams to support occupancy and revenue targets

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights

• Manage marketing budgets and track ROI of campaigns

• Oversee content creation including photography, videos, brochures, website content, and social media posts

• Build partnerships with travel agencies, influencers, tourism organizations, and corporate clients

• Monitor online reputation and guest feedback platforms

• Organize events, activations, and public relations activities

• Prepare marketing reports and performance analytics for management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• 3–5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, hotels, resorts, or restaurants
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
• Experience with CRM systems, social media management, and content marketing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of hospitality booking platforms and travel trends

• Experience with branding and customer engagement strategies

• Graphic design or content creation experience is a plus

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms
