Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive for Pooling to join our marketing team. This role will focus on promoting pooling services (e.g., carpooling, ride-sharing, or resource pooling), managing campaigns, and building partnerships with key stakeholders to expand the adoption and visibility of pooling services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, project management, and marketing skills to drive awareness and engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns focused on promoting pooling services, including digital and offline marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation: Develop content (blogs, social media posts, emails, etc.) to communicate the benefits of pooling, emphasizing sustainability, cost savings, and convenience.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, customer needs, and competitor analysis, ensuring campaigns are relevant and impactful.
  • Partnership Development: Establish relationships with businesses, local organizations, or government agencies to create pooling opportunities and increase service adoption.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage online campaigns through social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion for pooling services.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and participate in events, webinars, or community outreach programs to raise awareness of pooling services.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet marketing objectives and KPIs.
  • Customer Engagement: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews regarding the pooling services and provide solutions as needed.
  • Brand Advocacy: Promote and maintain the company's brand message across all marketing platforms, ensuring consistent and compelling communication.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, metrics, and ROI to share with senior management.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the transportation, sustainability, or sharing economy sector.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of pooling or ride-sharing industry trends is a plus.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience working in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
