Job Summary

As a Marketing Executive at Verz Design, you will play a vital role in enhancing our online presence, building brand reputation, and driving inbound leads. This position will involve managing website enhancements, developing conversion-focused content, and collaborating closely with our in-house digital marketing teams to optimize performance.

Inbound Marketing & Website Enhancement

●      Collaborate with web and digital teams to refine web pages, landing pages, and content layouts, ensuring alignment with high-conversion wireframes and strategies.

●      Work with the SEO, SEM, SMM, SMA, email, and content teams to optimize inbound marketing initiatives and drive quality leads.

Testimonials & Case Studies Development

●      Develop engaging client testimonials with a focus on video testimonials that showcase customer satisfaction and success stories.

●      Create detailed case studies for use on the website and across social media channels to illustrate our expertise and successes.

Reputation & Review Management

●      Oversee and enhance the agency’s reputation by managing and improving reviews on platforms like Google, Shopify, and Glassdoor.

●      Implement a proactive strategy for reputation management to increase positive visibility and client engagement.

Social Media Management

  •  Coordinate social media activities across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to ensure consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.

  •  Develop and implement content plans that promote agency offerings and client success stories, increasing brand reach and online engagement.

Verz Email Marketing Planning

  •  Plan and execute email marketing strategies work Verz Email Marketing team aligned with inbound marketing goals, nurturing leads through targeted campaigns.

Collaboration & Content Development

●      Work closely with Verz’s in-house digital marketing teams (SEO, SEM, SMM, and email marketing) to create cohesive content that aligns with overarching inbound marketing strategies.

●      Manage content development across digital channels to support lead generation and client retention efforts.

Event Planning and Coordination

●      Support BD team to organize and execute marketing events, including webinars, seminars, and workshops, in collaboration with our vendors and partners.

Account Executive

●      Proactively re-engage with existing Singapore-based clients to assess current satisfaction, evolving needs, and potential service gaps.

●      Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant services, such as SEO, digital media buying, e-commerce solutions, and digital transformation projects.

●      Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain active communication to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and service alignment.

●      Collaborate with internal teams to present tailored solutions that align with client goals and help enhance their digital presence.

●      Prepare and present proposals, service updates, and account growth reports to clients, reinforcing Verz Design’s commitment to their success.

Reporting and Analysis

  •  Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and website engagement.

  •  Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement strategies that optimize conversion and improve inbound leads.

●      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Advertising or a related field.

●      Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a web design or digital agency.

●      Strong project management and organizational skills.

●      Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

●      Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

●      Knowledge of web design and development concepts is a plus.
