We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative MCO Assistant to support the MCO Manager in overseeing office operations, marketing strategy, and MCO-related tasks. This role involves coordinating with other departments on marketing and content projects, managing logistics for social media, livestreams, and public materials, and monitoring the MCO budget and school advertisements. Additionally, the MCO Assistant will assist in ISO, audit, and quality assurance tasks, including documentation, strategic planning, and data tracking. The ideal candidate should bring expertise in marketing processes, content creation, and data analysis, along with strong communication and creative skills.

• Must have an intensive knowledge of marketing (from processes, trends, ideas, conceptualization, and data analysis)
• Must have an eye with creative and design outputs
• Must have a skill in writing, and video editing
• Must have an intensive knowledge with Microsoft Tools
• Must be able to stay calm in pressure
• Must be analytic
• Able to contribute artistic, creative, ideas with the team
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing/advertising industry or any related fields
