About the Role:


As a Content Marketing Executive, you will play a key supporting role in the marketing team, working closely with the Marketing Manager and other departments across Bakuun’s global offices. Your focus will be on content development and strategy execution, contributing to brand awareness and engagement efforts in various international markets. You will also collaborate with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns that align with our business objectives. Job Responsibilities:


Content Creation & Strategy Support:

  • Assist in developing and implementing content marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and audience engagement across our global markets.
  • Create high-quality content, including blogs, articles, email campaigns, social media posts, and web copy, tailored to different regions and audiences.
  • Support the management of a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery across multiple time zones and platforms.

Global Brand Awareness & Growth:

  • Contribute to content campaigns that tell our brand’s story and support our growth in diverse markets, from the Asia-Pacific to Europe and beyond.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across various departments and offices to ensure cohesive messaging that aligns with product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives globally.

Data-Driven Strategy & Research:

  • Assist in conducting market research and analysing content performance metrics to ensure that strategies are effective across different regions.
  • Provide insights into content performance, including engagement rates, website traffic, and conversion data, helping to optimise future campaigns for global audiences.

Social Media & Email Marketing:

  • Help manage social media channels with region-specific content that resonates with diverse audiences, driving brand engagement across our global platforms.
  • Assist in designing and executing targeted email campaigns, ensuring content is tailored to various markets and audience segments.

Vendor & External Collaboration:

  • Liaise with external vendors, partners, and agencies to ensure content and campaigns are executed efficiently and meet global standards.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders across different time zones to manage deliverables and maintain consistent brand messaging.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  • Work closely with performance marketing, product, and sales teams across our international offices to ensure content aligns with broader business objectives.
  • Utilise project management tools to coordinate global content initiatives and track progress across departments and regions.

Performance Reporting & Optimization:

  • Support the tracking and reporting of content performance globally, providing insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Monitor KPIs across multiple markets, ensuring that marketing efforts meet the desired results across different regions.

Requirement

  • Experience in content marketing, with an understanding of creating and executing strategies in a global context.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling, audience-focused content for international markets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across different time zones and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with HubSpot, Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and project management tools for content creation and management.
  • Experience liaising with external vendors and stakeholders is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
