Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, content creation, or events
• Has a collaborative leadership style that motivates people and keeps projects moving
• Great communicator - written, verbal, visual
• Creative thinker with strong organizational skills
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Has the ability to develop creative and original concepts for promotions and events
• Experience in event coordination, social media management, email marketing, and/or B2B marketing
