Strategic Planning

• Assist the Marketing Manager in implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve the company's objectives.
• Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Assist with organizing promotional events.

Campaign Management

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, traditional advertising, and events.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting

• Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates.
• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind, data-driven, and strong ability to interpret metrics.

Collaborative Tasks

• Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material.

Market Targeting

• Identify target customer segments and tailor marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage those audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with market research techniques and campaign management.
